These are packages and rates for when you — the person being coached — are paying for the coaching. Because it is you who is making the investment in your own success (out of your own pocket), the rates for individuals are roughly half of the normal business facing rates. Critical work to be done in a hard career environment.

These are packages and rates designed for when the business is paying for the coaching of the individual — someone in their employ, in their org, or on one of their teams. These rates are typical for executive coaching. Additional add-ons for these packages can include meetings with the manager/leader of the person being coached.
